Why Book with We Inspire Growth Salon?
Naja, the owner of We Inspire Growth Salon has over 17 years of Licensed Cosmetology experience. She focuses on hair health in a relaxing and professional environment. No double booking or overbooking. Your appointment time is your appointment time! No harsh chemicals, glue or adhesives are used in this salon.
Salon Policies & FAQs
❓ Why do you have a lateness and cancellation policy?
- My time and your time are both valuable. When an appointment is missed or shortened last-minute, I can’t always fill that space with another client. These policies ensure I can continue offering high-quality services while respecting everyone’s schedules.
❓ What happens if I’m late?
- Please plan to arrive on time.
- If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and charged in full.
- If my schedule allows, I may still accept you, but the service will be shortened and you will still be charged the full scheduled price.
This keeps my day running smoothly and ensures the next client isn’t kept waiting.
❓ What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- These fees must be paid before you can book another appointment.
This policy helps me keep my schedule fair and available to other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
❓ Can I change my service the day of my appointment?
Please book the service you truly want.
- Same-day service downgrades (for example, booking a $105 90-minute service but deciding on a $55 45-minute service the day of) will still be charged at the originally booked price.
- This is because that longer time slot was held for you and cannot be filled last-minute.
If you’re unsure which service to book, feel free to reach out beforehand, I’m always happy to help you choose!
❓ What if I have a true emergency?
I understand life happens. Exceptions may be made for serious emergencies such as hospitalization, death in the family, or other critical situations. In some cases, documentation may be requested.
❓ What if I need to change my appointment?
- You can reschedule your appointment on your confirmation email as long as it’s 49 hours prior to your appointment date. If you need to change the service you’re booked for, text (856) 516-7569 at least 3 days before your appointment to see if this accommodation can be made.
❓ Do you require deposits?
- Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash (please bring exact change), and Zelle payments. Card payments are accepted at a 4% convience fee. Full payment is required at the time of service.
❓ Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, I work by appointment only to ensure every client receives the best experience possible.
❓ What if I disagree with these policies?
By booking with We Inspire Growth, you agree to follow these policies. They’re not meant to be harsh, they’re in place to protect both my business and the time of all clients.

I ship all orders with USPS. You have the option to add insurance to your package at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Salon Location
Salon is located 1500 Almonesson Road, Deptford NJ. Inside of the Phenix Salon Suite Building (I do not accept walk ins)
When you schedule your appointment, you will get a confirmation email and reminder text with a passcode to use to be buzzed into the building. Along with my suite #.
